LA staffs a wide range of nursery positions including:
- Yard maintenance (watering, canning, pruning)
- Shipping (pulling, assembling, loading trucks)
- Customer service (offloading orders, stocking orders)
- Drivers (Class A, B, and C)
- Office and administrative (division managers, retail staff, office management)
